In your role as patent administrator your work will be both varied and independent. You tasks will consist of a mix of independent and team-based tasks and you will develop a close working relationship with our patent consultants. In the line of your employ you will correspond with Swedish and foreign clients as well as other consultants and authorities. This will entail preparation of documentation before delivery to the Patent Office, to communicate with international partners, to register documents and monitor deadlines and information flow in our internal administrative system, Patricia. Reports are submitted in both Swedish and English. There may also be instances of working out of our customer’s premises.
Who you are?
As for your personal traits we value your ability to cooperate and communicate. You need to have a client focused mind-set and value and tend to our customers. If you, in addition to this, also are unpretentious, meticulous, good at prioritizing and like to enjoy yourself at work – then you are the one for us.
We are looking for someone with at least five years’ of experience with work as a qualified administrator, preferably on a patent department or within a consultancy company. We assume that you are fluent in Swedish and English. Additional language skills are a bonus. If you have a paralegal exam this is also an added bonus. You have experience from managing client relations and can work against deadlines, and we would appreciate if you have project management experience. An interest in IT is also appreciated.
