Legal Administrator

We are looking for a legal administrator to any of our offices in Malmö, Gothenburg or Stockholm.

To make this work the legal administrator has an important role.


In your role as legal administrator you will hold a position that offers variation and responsibilities. You will work independently but also as part of teams and in close cooperation with our lawyers. Primarily the work will entail administration of trademark- and design cases, both Swedish and international, but will include administrative work in connection with court proceedings, invoicing as well as various other administrative tasks.

In the line of your work you will correspond with Swedish as well as foreign clients, attorneys and authorities. This will require preparation of documentation before delivery to attorneys and authorities, to communicate with external parties internationally, to enter and monitor actions and documents into our internal system Patricia. You will be expected to write reports in both Swedish and English. At times you may be expected to work outside of the office, at clients’ premises.

We would We are looking for someone with at least five years or experience from working as a qualified  legal administrator. We assume that you manage Swedish and English effortlessly and we value additional language skills. A paralegal education is an additional merit. You are experienced in direct contacts with clients and you are able to handle deadlines. We also appreciate experience from working with and managing projects.  If you also have an interest in IT we see this as an advantage.
