We would like to congratulate Qingyi Pan who recently qualified as a QPIP by successfully passing the standards board's certification exam. QPIP stands for Qualified Patent Information Professional and was introduced through a collaboration of the Confederacy of European Patent Information User Groups (CEPIUG), the Patent Documentation Group (PDG), and the Patent Information User Group (PIUG).
QPIPs must abide by the standards board's Code of Conduct and participate in Continued Professional Development (CPD) activities on an annual basis.
